Our company and three people were invited to participate in the global sales conference of battery tester held by Maccor company from November 13 to 16, 2023. During the few days of the trip, we deeply felt Maccor's position in the field of battery testing and its unremitting pursuit of innovation and technology. This trip was a substantial and unforgettable experience.

The domestic research on the automatic detection system of printed circuit board began in the early and mid-1990s, and it has just started. The research institutes engaged in this area are also relatively small, and because of the influence of various factors, the research on the automatic optical inspection system for printed circuit board defects also stays at a relatively early level. It is precisely because the price of foreign automatic detection systems for printed circuit boards is too expensive, and domestic automatic detection equipment for printed circuit boards has not been developed in the true sense, so most domestic circuit board manufacturers still use manual inspection with a magnifying glass or projector. Due to the high labor intensity of manual inspection, the eyes are prone to fatigue and the leakage rate is high. And with the development of electronic products towards miniaturization and digitization, printed circuit boards are also developing towards high density and high precision, and the method of manual inspection is basically impossible. For higher density and precision circuit boards (0.12~0.10mm), it can not be tested. The backwardness of testing methods has led to the current domestic multi-layer board (8-12 layers) product qualification rate of only 50-60%.
