The review team conducted a comprehensive review of the central laboratory by means of system document review, exchange of questions, spot check reports, on-site tests, on-site tests, on-site assessment of battery test system equipment and personnel capabilities, and assessment of authorized signatories in accordance with the "Accreditation Guidelines for Testing and Calibration Laboratories", "Instructions on the Application of Accreditation Guidelines for Testing and Calibration Laboratories in the Field of Calibration" and other relevant accreditation rules. After a rigorous review, the review expert group agreed that the quality management system of the central laboratory can operate effectively, and the software and hardware equipment, management level, and personnel quality have the conditions to carry out the calibration laboratory and pass the review.

In order to meet the construction of the central laboratory and the needs of customers, the laboratory is equipped with a 0.002-level DC standard ammeter (1μA ~ 1A) and a 0.002-level DC current ratio standard (5A ~ 1000A), which can calibrate equipment such as 0.01-level and below battery charge and discharge testers.

With the smooth passing of this review, it marks a new step in the quality management level and measurement and calibration ability of the central laboratory, and lays a good foundation for future development.
